Undertake random inspection of vehicles -CEO

Mr Rudolph Beckley, Chief Executive Officer of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), has said a properly maintained and fully functioning vehicle, meeting all safety requirements, is less likely to be involved in road accident.
